POST AND PACKAGING INFORMATION

All orders will be sent 1st class via Royal Mail (unless otherwise stated).  Each item is packaged in a secure bubble wrapped envelope.  I aim to run an eco-friendly company so recycled envelopes and paper are used wherever possible.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders over £50.00 qualify for FREE UK DELIVERY

Orders over £25.00 qualify for £1.95 P&P

Normal orders under £25.00 qualify for  £2.95 P&P

P&P discounts will be applied when you get to the PayPal payment page. Please let me know if you have any problems.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikey event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase then please contact me to arrange a return.  Returns are accepted (unless otherwise stated on the product page) as long as the item is returned unworn within 7 days of delivery. 

Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage when returning items, so you are covered incase they get lost in the post.  Once I receive your item I will happily issue a full refund (minus the P&P charges) for faulty items or issue you with a gift certificate if you've simply changed your mind.
